SS Holding Corp says it is planning a Clay Electric community open house in Gainesville, but has not yet finalized the date, location or program.

SS Holding Corp said it acquired nine Gainesville operating assets valued at $500,000 within 36 hours of its Oct. 7 founding, reporting $27,119 in first-day revenue.
