SS Holding Corp said it has assembled nine operating assets valued at $500,000 less than 36 hours after its founding in Gainesville, Florida, according to a company press release.
The company said it was founded Oct. 7, 2026, and that all of its assets are located in Gainesville. Founder Soitchy said the business is concentrating its early operations in the city and in surrounding Alachua County, where the company is headquartered.
“Every asset we own is in Gainesville,” Soitchy said in the release. “This city is our headquarters, our workforce, and our home field.”
SS Holding Corp described its portfolio as spanning energy, technology and manufacturing. The release did not identify all nine assets or provide individual valuations, acquisition terms, financing details or information about their prior ownership.
The company said its flagship energy asset, Clay Electric, led its first full day of operations. SS Holding Corp reported $27,119 in revenue for that day and an operating margin of 26.7%.
An operating margin measures the share of revenue remaining after operating expenses, before certain other costs such as interest and taxes. The company did not provide a detailed breakdown of its revenue, expenses, workforce or the operations of Clay Electric.
SS Holding Corp also said it remains 100% founder-owned. The announcement did not indicate that the company had raised outside capital or taken on external investors.
The rapid asset accumulation described in the release positions the new holding company as a locally focused operator rather than a business immediately pursuing expansion across Florida or beyond. Soitchy said Gainesville will remain central to the company’s early strategy.
The release characterized the portfolio as an industrial foothold built from an initial power utility investment. No timetable was provided for additional acquisitions, hiring, new facilities or further financial disclosures.
