Safe Streets and Accountable Policing Support Act

To improve public safety and reduce violent crime, this bill authorizes the Department of Justice to provide competitive grants to state, local, and regional law enforcement agencies for anti-violent-crime task forces, evidence-based officer training, crime analysis technology, witness protection and victim coordination, and data-driven intervention strategies in high-crime areas; requires participating agencies to adopt basic reporting standards on use of funds, arrest outcomes, civil rights compliance, and community engagement; prioritizes applications that include partnerships with prosecutors, mental health providers, and community organizations; and directs the Attorney General to submit annual performance and transparency reports to Congress.
