Oklahoma Cost Relief and Permitting Efficiency Act

The State of Oklahoma shall provide temporary inflation relief by suspending the state sales tax on groceries and reducing designated state excise taxes and regulatory fees on motor fuel for twelve months, while authorizing a one-year refundable tax credit for qualifying small businesses on purchases of essential inputs including energy, freight, and agricultural supplies; the Act shall also require state agencies to establish expedited review timelines and simplified application procedures for routine commercial and infrastructure permits, with implementation limited to available appropriations and an automatic sunset after twelve months unless renewed by law.
