An Act to reduce inflationary pressure on Montana families, farms, and ranches by providing a temporary 18-month reduction of state taxes and regulatory fees on dyed agricultural diesel, qualifying fertilizer and seed inputs, and essential intrastate rural goods transportation; directing the Department of Revenue and relevant state agencies to implement streamlined eligibility and reporting standards for licensed producers, cooperatives, and in-state carriers; and requiring a public review of price impacts and fiscal effects before expiration to determine whether the relief should sunset as scheduled.
