The Affordable Energy and Supply Chain Relief Act
Summary
This bill would create temporary targeted tax incentives for domestic energy production, grid reliability projects, and U.S.-based manufacturing to reduce fuel, electricity, transportation, and supply-chain costs. It also directs the Energy and Commerce Departments to speed reviews under existing law and report annually on jobs, consumer prices, and cost impacts.
