School Mental Health and Rural Connectivity Act

A bill to amend the Public Health Service Act and the Communications Act of 1934 to authorize expanded competitive and formula grant funding for states, local educational agencies, and eligible tribal and rural communities to increase the number of school-based mental health professionals, support tele-mental health partnerships with community providers, and improve reliable broadband access for underserved schools and students, with priority for rural and small-state districts, and to require basic reporting on service availability, student access, and program outcomes.
