Immigration Enforcement Coordination and Due Process Act

This Act directs the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Justice to establish standardized information-sharing and coordination protocols with state and local law-enforcement agencies for immigration enforcement, consistent with federal law and constitutional protections. Federal agencies shall prioritize the identification and removal of noncitizens convicted of serious violent offenses, while ensuring access to legal representation, timely hearings, language assistance, and protection against unlawful detention or discrimination. Agencies shall submit an annual report to Congress on implementation, enforcement priorities, and due-process compliance.
