Where to find Discord
The Character Setup Tutorial includes a Join Discord objective and the community invite destination. Open Tutorials, select Character Setup, and follow that objective. The join claim is self-reported because the game cannot automatically verify Discord membership.
Joining is different from linking
Joining the community server lets you participate in Discord. Separately, Account Security lets you connect Discord as a sign-in provider. Connecting sign-in is optional and does not replace joining the server or completing the Tutorial objective.
When to use Support
Use Support for private help with an account, billing or character-slot issue, unexpected error, or a rule that is not yet documented. Include the page, active character, approximate time, what happened, and what you expected.
Community versus support
Discord is for community participation and live conversation. Support tickets are the better route for private account issues, reports, or follow-up that needs GM review.
