How to earn an endorsement
After filing for an active race, open Lobbyist Outreach from the campaign actions. Only groups engaged in that race appear. Spending Energy raises a group's support by 4 percentage points per 10 Energy, up to the remaining room below 100%.
What happens at 100%
At 100% support, the group endorses that candidate and other candidates in the same race are locked out of that group. An endorsement is not an immediate one-time vote or campaign-point grant.
The endorsement benefit
While the campaign is active, an endorsed group can fund periodic surrogate ads backing its candidate. These ads target the group's leading issue and its party's primary voter group, add campaign points in a market, and are subject to the group's treasury, spokesperson Energy, and a six-hour ad cooldown.
Mechanics
How results are calculated
These rules come from the game calculation. Live market values and event-specific settings can still change the final result where noted.
Outreach gain
Rule
Support gained = 4% × (Energy spent ÷ 10), capped so total support cannot exceed 100%.
- The candidate must have a filing in the relevant race.
- Only currently engaged groups can be courted.
- The live outreach panel shows each group's current support, issues, and endorsement status.
