Following its public listing on the ASH exchange, Andrews Strategic Holdings is launching ASH Community Investment Week, a week-long initiative focused on celebrating the company’s Tampa roots by investing directly in the people, businesses, and organizations that helped shape its journey.

Hosted across Hillsborough County, the initiative will bring together local entrepreneurs, small business owners, educators, nonprofit organizations, students, workforce development agencies, and community leaders to help strengthen Tampa’s long-term economic future.

During the week, Andrews Strategic Holdings will host free small business workshops covering financial planning, business analytics, technology adoption, marketing, and operational growth. Entrepreneurs will also have opportunities to receive mentoring from executives across the Andrews Strategic Holdings family of companies, while startup founders can participate in pitch sessions for feedback and potential investment consideration.

The company will also announce the creation of the ASH Future Founders Initiative, which will provide grants and mentorship opportunities for promising local entrepreneurs, along with scholarships for students pursuing careers in business, finance, technology, engineering, and entrepreneurship. Local schools, colleges, and workforce organizations will participate in career fairs, internship networking sessions, and leadership development workshops designed to connect students with future opportunities.

The week will conclude with a free community celebration featuring local food vendors, family activities, live entertainment, nonprofit showcases, and recognition awards honoring Tampa-area businesses and community leaders who have made lasting contributions to the region.
