This Act establishes a state-backed Affordable Housing and Supportive Services Fund to finance income-restricted housing and permanent supportive housing near transit, jobs, and essential services; directs state agencies to provide expedited, uniform review for qualifying infill housing projects that meet safety, accessibility, and environmental standards; strengthens notice and relocation protections for tenants displaced by covered redevelopment; and requires funded supportive-housing developments to coordinate voluntary behavioral-health, employment, and case-management services, subject to legislative appropriations and annual public reporting.
