Status: HopperState: VermontIssue: Housing

Summary

This bill would make it easier to approve qualifying infill housing in existing village centers and downtowns, while offering state grants and low-interest financing for workforce and affordable housing. Projects receiving state incentives would also have to meet baseline energy-efficiency, weatherization, and sustainable building standards.
