Telehealth Access and Prescription Savings Act
Summary
This bill would make telehealth coverage permanent in Medicare and other federally funded programs, expand digital care support for rural and community clinics, and require prescription price comparison tools to help patients find cheaper generic or therapeutic alternatives. It also pushes interstate telehealth cooperation, stronger privacy standards, and fewer administrative hurdles that increase healthcare costs.
