Secure Borders and Orderly Processing Act

A bill to strengthen border security and restore orderly immigration enforcement by increasing the hiring, training, and deployment of U.S. Border Patrol agents, asylum officers, immigration judges, and support staff; authorizing additional temporary detention and family processing capacity that meets existing federal health and safety standards; expanding surveillance, screening, and transportation resources in high-crossing sectors; and establishing accelerated but fair processing timelines for unlawful crossings and clearly meritless claims, while preserving access to lawful asylum procedures and requiring regular public reporting to Congress on staffing, case backlogs, detention utilization, and operational outcomes.
