Secure Borders and Orderly Processing Act
Summary
This bill increases border enforcement capacity by adding Border Patrol agents, asylum officers, immigration judges, detention and family processing space, and surveillance resources in high-crossing areas. It also creates faster timelines for unlawful crossings and weak claims while keeping lawful asylum access and requiring public reporting on staffing, backlogs, detention use, and results.
