Madam President, I rise in support of the Rural Iowa Health Access and Telehealth Act. In communities like mine in Kansas, the nearest specialist can be hours away, and a missed appointment can mean a missed day of workโor a delay in care that no family can afford. Telehealth will not replace local doctors and nurses, but it can help rural clinics connect patients with the expertise they need.
