Restoring Order and State Immigration Support Act

A bill to strengthen border security and interior immigration enforcement by increasing funding for physical barriers, surveillance, and Border Patrol staffing in high-traffic sectors; requiring the Department of Homeland Security to prioritize detention and expedited removal proceedings for unlawfully present individuals convicted of multiple criminal offenses or who repeatedly violate removal orders; expanding cooperation and data-sharing with state and local law enforcement consistent with federal law and civil-rights protections; reimbursing states and localities for documented costs related to incarceration, emergency healthcare, and school enrollment associated with unlawful immigration; and requiring quarterly public reporting to Congress on removals, repeat-entry prosecutions, and state reimbursement disbursements.
