Northern Border Security and Public Safety Coordination Act

This bill directs federal immigration authorities to establish formal information-sharing and coordination protocols with state and local law enforcement, consistent with constitutional protections and privacy safeguards; prioritizes the identification and removal of noncitizens convicted of serious violent offenses; and strengthens screening, personnel coordination, and information systems at ports of entry along the northern border. The bill requires regular reports to Congress on implementation, processing times, and coordination outcomes.
