Full text

This bipartisan bill would expand the Small Business Administration’s 7(a) and 504 loan programs for qualified small manufacturers and local employers, increase lender participation in underserved communities, and provide targeted technical assistance for borrowers. It would also require federal agencies to publish plain-language compliance guides, coordinate duplicative reporting requirements, and establish a single online portal for small businesses seeking permits, forms, and regulatory assistance, while preserving worker-safety, environmental, and consumer-protection standards.
