Louisiana Resilience and Infrastructure Partnership Act

This bill authorizes a bipartisan federal infrastructure program to support hurricane resilience, flood-control improvements, and the repair and modernization of Louisiana’s roads, bridges, ports, and navigable waterways. Funds shall prioritize projects based on public safety, structural condition, economic importance, and demonstrated need, with federal agencies coordinating with state and local governments. Recipients must publish project costs, timelines, contractors, and performance updates, undergo regular independent audits, and report annually to Congress on progress, delays, and corrective actions.
