Border Security Support and Repeat Illegal Reentry Enforcement Act

To strengthen border security and relieve heavily impacted communities, this Act appropriates additional funds to the Department of Homeland Security for surveillance, inspection technology, border patrol staffing, and interdiction operations along high-traffic sectors of the southern border; authorizes targeted grants to Texas counties, municipalities, hospitals, and law enforcement agencies facing documented fiscal strain from migrant processing and related public-safety demands; increases immigration court and removal operations capacity to expedite proceedings involving individuals with prior final orders of removal or repeated unlawful entries; and requires quarterly public reporting to Congress on expenditures, case processing times, and operational outcomes to ensure lawful, efficient, and accountable enforcement.
