A bill to strengthen immigration enforcement by directing the Department of Homeland Security to expand surveillance technology, inspection infrastructure, and frontline personnel at high-traffic border sectors and ports of entry; to improve entry-exit tracking and interagency data-sharing for visa overstays; and to increase civil and criminal penalties for individuals who knowingly commit repeated immigration fraud, while prioritizing due process, lawful trade and travel, and regular reporting to Congress on operational control metrics and enforcement outcomes.
