Affordable Housing Resilience and Preservation Act
Summary
This bill expands federal tax incentives and housing grants to build, rehab, and preserve affordable housing in high-cost and climate-vulnerable states, with added support for resilience upgrades against flooding, wildfire, storms, and sea-level rise. It also directs HUD to prioritize long-term affordability, anti-displacement efforts, and housing for extremely low-income households, seniors, and working families.
