The Delta Blues have unveiled a new team logo built around symbols of Memphis, the Mississippi Delta and the franchise’s place in the DFL.

The crest uses the club’s primary navy and gold colors and places the head of a guitar at its center. Musical notes surround the instrument, while imagery inspired by the Memphis skyline appears in the design. A winding river runs through the lower part of the mark, representing the Mississippi River and the broader Delta region, according to a team press release.

The DFL name is incorporated prominently into the logo. The team said the inclusion is intended to underline the Blues’ connection to the league as the franchise continues to establish a local and national presence.

“This logo is about where we come from and what we want the Delta Blues to represent,” owner Madison Hillman said in the release. “Memphis has one of the most recognizable cultural identities in the country, and we wanted something that immediately connects the team to the music, the river and the people who make this region unique.”

The organization identified #0A2A4A as the crest’s deep navy base color and #C8A04A as its signature gold. The team described the pairing as a traditional professional-sports look intended to remain distinct within the DFL.

The shield-shaped logo was designed for use across uniforms, merchandise, digital platforms, stadium signage and promotional materials, the release said. No details were provided on when new uniforms or other branded items will become available.

The announcement follows the Blues’ first home game of Season 6. The franchise characterized the new mark as part of a longer-term effort to build its visual identity.

The Delta Blues are among several DFL clubs recently introducing new branding. The Charleston Admirals and Atlanta Fire also announced new logos on July 29, following changes connected to their respective franchise identities.
