It also directs the Governor’s Office of Finance to identify recurring, nonessential administrative expenditures for reduction or reallocation, with verified savings deposited into a Cost-of-Living Relief Account to fund one-time rebates for eligible Nevada households, subject to legislative appropriation and annual public reporting.
