We absolutely need to increase housing supply near people's employers! For those who are low or medium income, there is no reason why they should have to make a long commute if they don't want to. Studies (https://ssti.us/2023/11/06/stressful-commutes-lead-to-less-productivity) have found that the mental effort needed to commute to work can lead to burnout at work. This legislation is an absolute no-brainer and I am proud to support it.
