This Act directs the appropriate state broadband authority to prioritize grants and available federal broadband funds for unserved and underserved farms, small towns, and households in rural Louisiana; establishes a coordinated, expedited permit process for broadband construction on state-owned rights-of-way; requires participating providers to offer reliable high-speed service at transparent, affordable rates; and requires annual public reporting on project locations, costs, enrollment, and completed connections.
