Lyrics

September 7, 2026

**\[Verse 1\]**

Left the shack when frost appeared

Rode the wind and did not hide

Through the dark and hollowed woods

Where the wicked spirits bide

Lived with spooks in shadows deep

Learned to haunt and make 'em scream

Walked through fire paid his dues

Waking up from some dark dream

\**[Chorus\]**

Coming back to the patch tonight

With a crown and golden light

Six feet down and came up bold

Best damn story ever told

Yeah he's coming home to stay

Back to where the vines all lay

\**[Verse 2\]**

Toured the world of endless fright

Dug a hole and climbed right out

They all thought he was done for good

Now they hear the people shout

Heavy boots on hardened clay

Every step a victory lap

He won the crown in deepest dark

Put the patch back on the map

\**[Chorus\]**

Coming back to the patch tonight

With a crown and golden light

Six feet down and came up bold

Best damn story ever told

Yeah he's coming home to stay

Back to where the vines all lay

\**[Outro\]**

Yeah he's back where he belongs

Singing out his victor songs
