Noise Complaint

If the neighbors haven't complained, you're doing it wrong. The heavier end of Soundboard: metal, hard rock, aggressive alternative and anything best played irresponsibly loud.

Lyrics

March 28, 2026

Verse 1
City’s alive but it don’t know our names
We’re just ghosts in the pouring rain
Broken dreams on these neon streets
But we’re still standing on our feet

Pre-Chorus
Every scar, every fight we survived
Now it’s our time to come alive

Chorus
We are the kings of the night
Burning forever, we’re chasing the light
No we won’t fade, no we won’t fall
We’re gonna rise above it all

We are the voices they tried to deny
Screaming louder, we’ll never die
Through the dark, we ignite
We are the kings of the night

Verse 2
Empty stages and the miles we drove
Every line that nobody knows
All the nights that we almost quit
Turned to fuel, now we’re lighting it

Pre-Chorus
Every door that they slammed shut tight
Led us straight to this moment tonight

Chorus
We are the kings of the night
Burning forever, we’re chasing the light
No we won’t fade, no we won’t fall
We’re gonna rise above it all

We are the voices they tried to deny
Screaming louder, we’ll never die
Through the dark, we ignite
We are the kings of the night

Bridge
If this is all we’ve got, we’re giving everything
Every broken note, every shattered dream
Turn it up till the walls cave in
This is where our lives begin

Final Chorus
We are the kings of the night
Higher than ever, we’re ready to fight
No we won’t fade, no we won’t fall
Now we’re standing ten feet tall

We are the fire you can’t contain
Running wild through the pouring rain
Through the dark, we ignite
We are the kings of the night

Outro
Kings of the night…
We rise… we fight…
Kings of the night…
