Location: Fond du Lac, WI

Join us for a chaotic, family-friendly event celebrating the "squeak" of fresh cheese curds and the glory of melted cheese! Fond du Lac's steepest hill will be transformed with a (clean) layer of thick, melted cheese sauce, where contestants will navigate it in homemade sleds.

Key Events:

• The Big Curd Slope: Teams will build sleds shaped like giant crackers or cheese wedges to slide down a "fondue-sloped" hill. Prizes will be awarded for speed, best costume, and the "most dramatic cheesy wipeout."

• The 'Squeak-Off' Competition: A blindfolded tasting competition where participants must identify the freshest curd by the pitch of its squeak against their teeth.

• Polka & Prosecco-Gouda Lounge: A high-end, low-brow lounge serving fine aged cheddar paired exclusively with neon-orange cheese spray and Wisconsin beer.

• The World's Largest Fondue Fountain: A 10-foot fountain pouring warm Emmentaler, surrounded by giant pretzel rods.

• Miss Cheesehead Pageant: Contestants will answer cheese-related trivia and model wearable cheese fashion.
