StormPeak Holdings invites the Allentown community to experience StormBowl in a new way with our Lehigh Valley Flavor Lab—an interactive event designed to bring local tastes, creativity, and community voices into the heart of our newest location.

Guests will have the opportunity to build and test limited-time "Lehigh Valley Creations," featuring ingredient combinations inspired by regional preferences and customer input from opening week. Attendees can sample these creations, vote on their favorites, and help decide which items earn a spot on the permanent menu.

The event will also feature partnerships with local Allentown and Lehigh Valley organizations, including pop-ins from nearby small businesses, fitness groups, and student communities. A rotating "Local Spotlight Wall" will highlight neighborhood recommendations, events, and businesses—creating a shared space that reflects the energy of the area.

To further connect with the community, StormBowl will host quick challenges such as "Fastest Bowl Build" and offer exclusive event-only bundles designed for students, workers, and families in the area.

Designed as both a launch celebration and a long-term community touchpoint, the Lehigh Valley Flavor Lab reinforces StormBowl’s commitment to delivering fast, customizable meals while actively shaping the menu around the people it serves.
