Core
- Added #media-talking-heads Discord and in-game social media to engage with player actions/posts.
- Fixed glitch with certain modals causing it to float around the screen
- Fixed typo with Press Release costs. It's still 5 energy, but was mislabeled as only costing 1 on the webpage.
Business
- CEOs (and founders for private companies) can now edit their company's name on the My Company page.
Government
- Added judiciary functionality. There are 5 members of the Supreme Court that will hear cases on passed state or federal laws. If the Court rules a bill unconstitutional, any associated economic, political, and social modifiers are reversed. Currently most of the judiciary is GM-ran to ensure no bugs, but I will begin to include players in the process in the future.
- Added ability to remove cosponsorships on state bills and Senate bills
- Fixed bug preventing characters from withdrawing from races in certain situations
- Added a daily salary for office holders. Governors and Senators get $500/day, $1k for Supreme Court justices, $1.5k for VP, and $2k/day for POTUS. This goes to the character's personal cash and runs every night.
- Fixed bug that wasn't updating VP when a POTUS election concludes.
Music
- Added Official Playlists to the wiki. These will be themed playlists personally curated by the GM and mod team.
Sports
- Surfaced Player & Coach Position Ratings on each team's wiki page. This is how you can view the ratings for other teams if you're considering a trade or contract negotiations with your own players.
- Added the ability for team owners to ask their players to switch positions. The player will consider your offer reject/negotiate/accept your offer in real time.
- Made a tweak to how DFL teams are labeled in the database, expanding on just active or inactive. This gives us a lot more flexibility with what the UX displays to team owners.
