Government

• Set up ambient actions for NPC members of the state legislature to automatically participate in debate and sponsor or cosponsor bills in the Hopper.
• Updated the Run Poll option to allow state-specific polls for Presidential elections and the ability to poll a single candidate from each party as the nominee and all independents (instead of including all candidates regardless of party).
• Fixed UI for when it is time for a Governor to sign a passed bill. Also found and fixed a bug in the veto override process not correctly updating economic modifiers for successful veto overrides. This hasn't happened yet, but it's fixed for when it does.
• Fixed bug not correctly showing party affiliation for characters on certain pages

Music

• Polished the Harmonix Awards wiki page to add avatars, the ability to play songs in-page, and generally cleaned up the UX.
• Added the ability for all players (regardless of character career) to vote for which Harmonix nominee should win. You may cast 1 ballot per day. No more votes can be cast up to 1 week before the show occurs.
