The site will now force a page refresh when visiting a dashboard from the nav menu. This should fix any remaining mis-matches between the active character selected in the header and what's displayed on the career dashboard & subsequent pages.

Polished all SimWiki pages and wired up cross-navigation. For example, character wiki pages now show career-specific info (voting records of politicians, discography for musicians, etc)
Fixed a timezone mismatch in the Election Countdown timer on the Politics Dashboard. The timer still works correctly on the Home page and the Election wiki.
