Border Security and Repeat Immigration Violator Removal Act

To strengthen border security and improve immigration enforcement, this bill appropriates targeted funding to hire additional U.S. Border Patrol agents, expand surveillance technology and inspection capacity at high-traffic border sectors, and support coordination with federal law enforcement. The bill further directs the Department of Homeland Security to prioritize expedited detention and removal proceedings, consistent with due process and existing law, for noncitizens who unlawfully reenter the United States after a prior removal order or repeatedly violate federal immigration orders, while requiring quarterly reporting to Congress on staffing, apprehensions, removals, and operational effectiveness.
