The CEO of Smart Fair Grounds has announced that this weekend the company will host a Steam Engine show along side a county fair. "We wanted a big enough area to be able to set one entry price. We have it contracted where we will pay for all the non-alcoholic drinks. The rides will be free so all that the people will have to pay for is the food they get."

The CEO has limited the vendors looking to use the land not by numbers of vendors but prices. "Just because you want a day out should not mean you are paying three times the amount you would anywhere else."

Future plans are to expand the fair grounds to include building but at this time, that has not happen other then what the CEO described as "One massive basement for sever weather that has multiple entrances. Which is where the motorcade for the Fair Grounds are along with medical personnel."
