Jesus, the God-Man, was born into the world miraculously by the Virgin Mary. History revolves around the life of that man, who went on to preach love, repentance, & forgiveness, and who went on to sacrifice himself upon the Cross that we may be saved from our sins. Jesus was a sinless man. Jesus did not need to be born into this world. And yet he descended to our level to save us. Today, we celebrate the beginning of that most magnificent story. We celebrate the beginning of God’s redemption of the world and his reconciling of his people to him.
