Apparently someone has a sweet tooth.

Or a thesis.

Ellie Graham just purchased 16,272 shares of SweetDelights for $845,819, making it one of the more eye-catching individual stock moves we've seen lately.

That's roughly $52 per share, and considerably more money than most people spend when they decide they want dessert.

The transaction doesn't tell us why Graham bought. Maybe she thinks SweetDelights is undervalued. Maybe she sees growth coming. Maybe she simply wanted a very large position.

What it does tell us is that she was willing to put nearly $850,000 behind whatever she believes.

That's worth watching.

We've been seeing some sizable moves elsewhere in the market too. Maya Renner recently sold $327,869 of PowerGrid Corp stock for a $138,531 gain, while Knox Carver unloaded more than $1 million of HealthGuard and walked away with a $400,741 profit.

Graham is going the other direction.

She's buying.

Now we'll see whether SweetDelights gives her something to celebrate—or whether $845,819 turns out to be a very expensive piece of cake.

That's the fine print.
