Ellie Graham apparently likes SweetDelights.
A lot.
Graham just purchased 16,272 shares of SweetDelights for $845,819.
That's roughly $52 a share and, more importantly, nearly $850,000 committed in a single transaction.
The activity feed doesn't tell us why.
Maybe Graham thinks SweetDelights is undervalued. Maybe she expects the company to grow. Maybe she's building a larger position and isn't finished yet.
That's what makes the transaction interesting.
Buying 15 shares of something is activity. Buying 16,272 shares for $845,819 starts looking like a thesis.
And the timing is notable because plenty of other investors have recently been cashing out. Knox Carver sold more than $1 million of HealthGuard for a $400,741 gain, while Maya Renner realized $138,531 on PowerGrid Corp.
Graham isn't taking profits.
She's putting money in.
We don't know yet whether that's conviction, opportunity, or an extremely expensive craving for dessert.
But $845,819 says it's worth watching.
And that's the fine print.
