HealthGuard has opened the Woodlands Care Exchange in Wood County, according to a company announcement.

The company said the site is dedicated to secure health-data services, product coordination and customer support. HealthGuard said the facility expands its operational presence while keeping work close to the communities it serves.

HealthGuard said it will use the regional site to support service delivery and continued development across its health-technology portfolio.
