Senator Vinachelli Congratulates New Jersey Candidates on 2026 Elections NEWARK, NJ – U.S. Senator Vini Vinachelli of New Jersey issued the following statement congratulating the candidates who participated in the 2026 elections in New Jersey: ‘Today, I congratulate all the candidates across New Jersey who worked tirelessly to represent the values and priorities of our great state.’ Vinachelli said, ‘I extend my heartfelt congratulations to everyone who stepped up to serve, regardless of the outcome.’ Senator Vinachelli gave a special note of congratulations to several candidates. One is to Thomas Kean, Jr. who won a strong re-election to the 7th Congressional District. ‘Congressman Kean has long been a leader and a champion for New Jersey, with a proven ability to work across the aisle to deliver for our state as we did with the passage of the Protecting Coasts and Cities from Severe Weather Act earlier this year,’ Vinachelli said.
