Washington, DC – President Kyle Van Horn spoke at a signing ceremony in the Oval Office for the Pandemic Preparedness and Public Health Security Act, sponsored by former Senate Majority Leader and current Treasury Secretary Levi Koenig. 

“Today I am proud to sign into law the Pandemic Preparedness and Public Health Security Act, sponsored by Secretary Koenig. This bill enhances the United States' preparedness and response capabilities for pandemics and public health emergencies, strengthens the public health infrastructure, invests in research and development, and promotes coordination at federal, state, local, and international levels. Combined with Executive Orders to prepare our country for a pandemic and our international efforts to track down Sergei Novalaski, America is prepared for anything and everything.”
