Senator Vini Vinachelli (R-NJ):

Together with President Van Horn and the leadership of Treasurer Koenig, I introduced and passed the Permanent Tax Cuts Act to permanently extend most of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act that otherwise would have sunset this year. That’s an average of nearly $4,000 in tax cuts for the average American household, including pass-through businesses income. As a small businessman myself, I know how critical this tax relief is, not only just for families who need it, but for entrepreneurs to grow and develop their businesses.

One key change that I secured from the start was doubling the SALT deduction, to provide vital relief to homeowners and property owners burdened by high taxes in states like mine. This is not just good for families and businesses, but this is something that really makes a difference to those in emerging swing regions where Republicans are becoming more competitive, including New Jersey, the New York suburbs, and other regions burdened by high taxes and skyrocketing real property costs. Doubling the SALT deduction was not just the right thing to do, but also sends a clear message to emerging swing voters yearning for change, across higher cost regions like the Northeast, about who actually stands on their side and will deliver long overdue reform and tax relief.

These are places that will not only expand our Senate majority, but also the very regions that will determine who controls the House. This is why we are recruiting triple-A candidates early, with executive experience, who previously served as Governors, running businesses, or leading our brave service members in the field. Because our message and our candidates combined can deliver historic victories where many thought previously impossible. We did it in New Jersey two times in a row, and we’re going to do it again this year. Then together we can deliver substantive solutions that unleash American innovation and grow our economy into the future.

Solutions like expanding the R&D credit, which we accomplished in the Permanent Tax Cuts Act, or billions of dollars in new investment into biological research and development through the Pandemic Preparedness and Public Health Security Act currently before the House. Combined, these policies will drive a new era of American innovation into biological sciences in innovation centers like New Brunswick, Camden, and Newark, developing and building a healthier and safer future for all.

Solutions like a new round of 5,000 Opportunity Zones to allow cap gains deferrals for those investing into developing communities that need it the most. Communities like those in Northern New Jersey, Long Island, and the New York City exurbs who are struggling more than ever because of the short-sighted policies of Governor Hochul of New York, who forced through new congestion pricing last year that is crushing businesses there and penalizing the employees that commute into Manhattan to work at them. That is just another reason why I have requested the U.S. Treasury to consider re-designating existing Opportunity Zones to entice further development and approve doubling the amount of O-Zones in New Jersey by aligning it with our state’s Urban Enterprise Zones. This will maximize potential development and the return on investment for every business seeking to flee oppressive new costs and regulations in New York City and relocate across the Hudson. The only solution then to save NYC is for the Governor to abandon congestion pricing, and the only way that will happen is if we change who is Governor.

Solutions like opening up new markets of trade, and expediting energy permitting processes, so that we can get new energy generation online quickly and lower the costs of inputs like gas and electricity for every American business. This is why I amended the Venezuelan aid bill so that it not only secures peace and helps stabilize the economy and infrastructure of a key potential energy exporter, but urges that the U.S. double its efforts to establish new trade with the energy rich nation and bring down costs. But reducing regulations and expediting permitting, particularly for more cost-effective energy costs like oil and natural gas, is not easy to do with two houses divided. We need allies in Congress who understand that only when we reduce regulations, unshackle the burdens of free enterprise, and make targeted investments to incentivize economic development can we truly lift all boats. We have a policy agenda that supports those values of economic growth and certainty for businesses, along with a plan to win the hearts and minds of American voters to earn that mandate to implement it. But they are only possible with your help.

“A Conservative Revolution in Healthcare Provision: The HEALTH Act”

Good evening, everyone. What an incredible honor it is to stand before you tonight. Thank you for your generosity and your unwavering commitment to the future of our country.

I’ve often said that great change is never easy, but it is always possible when we have the courage to take bold steps toward a better tomorrow. Tonight, we stand on the cusp of such a change—a change that will reshape the future of healthcare in America for generations to come.

We’ve all seen the headlines, heard the horror stories, and felt the strain of a healthcare system that, frankly, isn’t working for too many of us. For decades, we’ve been told that the only way to fix healthcare is to hand it over to the government. We’ve been told that more regulations, more taxes, and more mandates are the answer. But we know better than that. We know that the government doesn’t have the solutions for all of us. We know that a bloated, inefficient bureaucracy only adds to the problem.

That’s why we’re here tonight. Because we believe in something different. We believe that the power of the free market, the spirit of innovation, and the strength of individual choice are the keys to unlocking a healthcare system that works for everyone. Tonight, I want to share with you the conservative revolution in healthcare that will transform our nation.

A revolution based on flexibility, competition, and most importantly, freedom.

We’ve all heard the promises of government-run healthcare, but we also know the consequences. More taxes. Higher premiums. Fewer choices. More waiting. The American people deserve better than that. And under our vision, they will get it.

Flexibility is the cornerstone of this new healthcare system. Today, too many Americans are forced into one-size-fits-all solutions. If you don’t have access to employer-based health insurance, you’re left to navigate a confusing and often expensive marketplace. If you are on a government program, you are forced to accept the limitations of a system that doesn’t always meet your needs. That ends now.

Under our proposal, Americans will have the freedom to choose how they get their healthcare coverage. Whether through their employer, the private marketplace, or directly from insurers, Americans will no longer be bound by the limitations of outdated, one-size-fits-all policies. You will have the flexibility to pick the plan that best suits your needs and your family’s needs.

Imagine a system where you don’t have to be locked into a healthcare plan just because of where you work. A system where you can shop for coverage the way you shop for anything else—with the power to choose the best option for your personal circumstances. Whether you’re a young professional, a small business owner, or a retiree, you should be able to choose the health coverage that works for your life, your budget, and your priorities.

But flexibility is only one piece of the puzzle. Competition is the other. When you introduce competition into any market, innovation flourishes. Prices come down. Quality goes up. And most importantly, consumers benefit.

Under our plan, we will significantly expand the role of the private marketplace in healthcare. No longer will insurers be able to raise premiums and decrease benefits with impunity. With a truly competitive system, insurers will be forced to offer better plans at more affordable prices to attract consumers. This is how we can drive down costs and improve care for everyone, without relying on government handouts or increasing taxes.

By empowering individuals to shop for their own healthcare, we will also spark innovation in how care is delivered. Insurance companies will have to find creative ways to meet the needs of the American people—from telemedicine services to specialized health plans tailored to unique needs, we’ll see the kinds of innovations that only a competitive marketplace can produce.

We’re already seeing some of the benefits of this approach in states that have embraced private healthcare exchanges. More choice, lower costs, and better customer satisfaction. The private marketplace gives Americans the ability to select the plan that fits their needs and their budget, and it holds insurance companies accountable for providing value.

But there’s one more piece to this revolution: efficiency.

For years, we’ve heard that the government can do it better, that centralized control will lead to savings. But we know the truth. The private sector can deliver healthcare more efficiently than government-run programs that are bogged down by bureaucracy. Our proposal puts the power in the hands of the people—and frees up the resources that can be better spent improving care, not administrative waste.

We will be able to reduce the costs of healthcare without sacrificing quality, and more importantly, without increasing the government’s role in the process. In fact, we’re proposing to make government-run programs more efficient by transitioning people out of Medicaid and Medicare and into the private marketplace. We’re not abandoning the most vulnerable—we’re making sure they have access to better, more affordable care, without the waste and inefficiency that comes with government-run programs.

Here’s the truth: The only way to achieve true healthcare reform is through empowering individuals and introducing the kind of market-driven solutions that have worked in every other sector of our economy. We’re going to unleash the power of competition, harness the ingenuity of the private sector, and give every American the freedom to choose the best healthcare coverage for them.

But let’s not sugarcoat it: This isn’t going to be easy. There are powerful interests that will fight us every step of the way. Big government bureaucrats, entrenched lobbyists, and those who benefit from the status quo will do everything they can to stop this revolution. But we know that Americans are ready for change. We know that the American people are tired of the inefficiencies, the costs, and the limitations of our current system. They want something better. They want something that works for them, not against them.

And here’s the beauty of what we’re proposing: For the first time in American history, we can achieve universal healthcare—without a single government mandate, without a single tax increase, and without an expansion of government control. This is the vision we can offer: A healthcare system where every American has access to affordable, quality care, where the government stays out of the way, and where individuals are in control of their own health decisions.

This is a vision that delivers healthcare freedom, reduces costs, and brings real solutions to families across the country. This is a vision that will lead us into a future where healthcare is no longer a privilege, but a right for every American, and where the power lies where it should—with the people.

And it’s a vision that we— the Republican Party—can deliver.

We are the party of innovation. We are the party of individual freedom. And now, we will be the party of healthcare reform—a reform that puts families first and creates a system that works for everyone, not just the politically connected few.

So tonight, as we gather here in support of this cause, I ask you to join me in this mission. This is our moment. This is our chance to leave a legacy of healthcare reform that will stand the test of time. Together, we can create a future where Americans have access to affordable, high-quality healthcare that meets their needs and supports their health—without the need for ever-expanding government control.

Thank you for your support. Let’s make this revolution happen. Together.

Good night, and God bless America.

Restoring The American Dream

Bold Leadership, Pragmatic Solutions

Good evening, friends, patriots, fellow Americans,

Thank you for being here tonight. It is truly an honor to stand before a room of individuals who believe in the promise of this nation and are dedicated to helping us achieve it. Tonight is not about empty words or political rhetoric. It is about restoring the American dream for every family, every worker, and every small business in this great nation. This is not a time for excuses or empty promises. It is a time for bold leadership and conservative action.

Let me begin with a little about myself because where you start shapes who you are. I grew up on a ranch in Paradise Valley, Montana. Life out there is not easy. The days are long, the winters are harsh, and the work never really ends. Whether fixing fences in a snowstorm or moving cattle under the blistering summer sun, I learned early on that success does not happen accidentally. It is earned through perseverance, teamwork, and a commitment to something bigger than yourself.

Those lessons stayed with me when I joined the Navy SEALs. Leading men and women in some of the most dangerous places on earth taught me that leadership is not about power or titles. It is about preparation, accountability, and ensuring the people who count on you succeed. Those same principles guide me today in the Senate as I work to represent Montana and fight for the values that make this nation extraordinary.

But tonight is about more than where we have been. It is about where we go from here. It is about the challenges we face and, more importantly, how we overcome them. Restoring the American dream requires bold action, determination, and a willingness to lead.

Let us start with small businesses. They are not only the backbone of our economy but the engine of opportunity in every community across this great nation. In Montana, I have seen firsthand how small business owners pour everything they have into their work. They create jobs, sponsor Little League teams, and keep our towns alive. But today, they are under siege. Rising costs, labor shortages, and a regulatory maze are making it harder than ever for them to succeed.

Here is what we need to do. First, we will expand the Trump tax cuts for small businesses by introducing bonus tax incentives for companies that invest in workforce training, green technology, and community development. We will streamline the permitting process to eliminate unnecessary delays, letting entrepreneurs focus on growing their businesses. We will also triple funding for the Small Business Administration loan guarantee program, ensuring rural businesses and startups can access the affordable capital they need to thrive.

These ideas are not abstract policies. They are about empowering the people who create opportunities for their neighbors and strengthen the communities we call home. Empowering our small businesses is key to restoring the American dream.

Now, let us talk about our veterans. For me, this is personal. As a SEAL, I served alongside some of the finest men and women this nation has ever produced. Their bravery and commitment inspire me every day. But too often, when they come home, they face a system that is too slow and too broken to meet their needs.

We owe them better. It starts with modernizing the VA by cutting wait times, expanding telehealth services, and holding VA leaders accountable when they fail to deliver. We will also launch the Veterans Workforce Renewal Program, creating tax credits for businesses that hire veterans and invest in their training for high-demand fields like technology and healthcare. Finally, we will address the mental health crisis by expanding access to PTSD treatment and 24/7 crisis services, ensuring no veteran fights their battles alone.

We honor our veterans by giving them the tools to thrive in civilian life because their sacrifice allows the American dream to endure.

Energy is another challenge we cannot afford to ignore. It is not just about keeping gas prices low or ensuring the lights stay on. It is about our security, our independence, and our future.

We need an all-of-the-above strategy. That means investing in Montana's natural resources while embracing renewable energy and nuclear power. We will fast-track next-generation nuclear plants, expand incentives for carbon capture and storage technologies, and upgrade our energy infrastructure, including pipelines and power grids, to ensure every American can access affordable, reliable energy.

Energy independence is not just about lowering costs. It is a declaration of freedom, freedom from foreign reliance, freedom to lead globally, and freedom to build a stronger, more secure future for every American.

That brings me to America's role in the world. I believe America is strongest when we lead, not just with power but with principle. Our leadership is not just about advancing our interests; it is about shaping a world where freedom, democracy, and opportunity can thrive.

This leadership begins with our allies. From old friends like the UK and France to newer partners like Venezuela, we must reaffirm our commitments to those who share our values. Together, we can create a stronger, more unified front against authoritarian regimes that threaten global stability.

To do this, we must reimpose sanctions on Russia to deter its aggression and hold China accountable for its cyberattacks and economic manipulation. We must also strengthen our alliances through expanded military cooperation, joint exercises, and economic partnerships that advance shared goals.

At home, we must invest in the tools that ensure our global leadership in the 21st century. Passing the Military Readiness and Modernization Act will allow us to develop cutting-edge technologies like AI, hypersonics, and space-based defense systems. A strong military is a safeguard against threats and a statement to the world that America is prepared to lead.

Leadership is not about retreating into spheres of influence or conceding ground to adversaries. It is about standing firm for the principles that define us as a nation. When America leads with strength and conviction, the world is safer, freer, and more prosperous.

Finally, in order to achieve this vision, we must elect principled, problem-solving Republicans who are ready to tackle the challenges ahead. Leaders like Joanna Snowe in Maine, Charlie Baker in Massachusetts, and Chris Sununu in New Hampshire exemplify what our party stands for. They believe in limited government, economic opportunity, and the strength of American communities. These are the leaders who will fight for conservative principles while finding pragmatic solutions that work for all Americans. By expanding our majority with candidates who share this commitment, we can ensure that the government serves the people, not against them, and delivers the results our nation so desperately needs.

Friends, America is at a crossroads. We can continue to let Washington's dysfunction and broken promises hold us back, or we can choose a better path defined by bold leadership and conservative action. Restoring the American dream requires determination, vision, and the courage to act.

The lessons I learned growing up on that ranch in Montana and serving as a SEAL taught me one thing above all. No challenge is too great when people come together with a shared purpose. That is the spirit I bring to Washington and the spirit we need to rebuild the American dream.

But I cannot do this alone. Your support, your belief in this vision, is what makes it all possible. We can create a new American century defined by innovation, opportunity, and hope.

Thank you for your time, your trust, and your commitment to this cause. May God bless you, and may God bless the United States of America.

Senate Majority Leader Earl Duplantis (R-LA)

  • "What an honor it truly is to address the prestigious Lincoln-Reagan Dinner as Senate Majority Leader. Our historic series of victories in 2024 that flipped New Hampshire and Nevada red for the first time since the Bush Administration and retook the Senate with a decisive 53-47 majority was buoyed by the support of those in this room. If you asked anyone in 2024 if they thought we could flip New Jersey, you woulda laughed!"
  • "Republicans have governed impressively since then with key legislation forged by the White House and now-Secretary Koenig as our conference leader. You'll hear a lot about those accomplishments throughout the night, and rightfully should. We are delivering at a time the naysayers said it couldn't be done. President Van Horn and Senate Republicans are leading, in spite of a divided government, and delivering."
  • "What I want to talk about with you all is looking to the future. The People First Agenda has made clear that a pro-growth platform is at the center of the Republican Party that builds up working America while stimulating a strong economic environment for businesses to thrive. I see opportunity on the horizon as American businesses look to be at the forefront of major efforts abroad, from Ukraine to Venezuela, and other potential efforts with traditional allies like the U.K. to leave our mark on the global stage on our terms. We are opening the doors of opportunity to business growth and strengthening our global economic potential."
  • "We worked hard to confirm a pro-growth Treasury Secretary like Levi Koenig and got it done once again, despite the naysayers. With bipartisan support from a few conscientious Democrats, we got Secretary Koenig over the finish line and put a man who's delivered time and again at the helm the Treasury Department. I was encouraged by his support of legislation related to cryptocurrency that is supportive of healthy growth along with further evaluation of blockchain technology. I was also encouraged by the White House's interest in further supporting American-made businesses."
  • "The Republican Party is ready to deliver historic victories in 2026 and beyond with your continued support. We are at a true crossroads as a nation with the President's People First Agenda serving as a blueprint to revitalizing the American spirit. We've got a solid crop of candidates on the horizon ready to go on offense against the Democrats in this historic midterm and we can make this election cycle another decisive Republican victory with your backing.
  • "I want to be able to work with President Van Horn and a future Speaker Kevin Hern to deliver the People First Agenda in 2027 and that vision can become a reality with you in our corner. Let's win in 2026 and win big to send a message that Republicans are serious about bringing the kind of change and reform needed to make the 21st Century an American Century. Thank you all and God love ya."

President Kyle Van Horn

It’s an honor to be here tonight at the Lincoln-Reagan Dinner among so many great American patriots. Thank you so much for that welcome. It’s been about a year since I took the oath of office following the untimely passing of President Kyle Allred – a great American. Since then, our administration has delivered incredible results for our country. We’re calling it the People First Agenda.

The People First Agenda features massive savings for taxpayers – among the largest in American history. As part of the People First Agenda, the Trump tax cuts were made permanent. We’ll never have to worry about these tax cuts expiring. The People First Agenda also increased tax incentives for research and development and expanded opportunity zones – big tax breaks for the businesses and entrepreneurs that help drive our economy.

In addition to massive tax breaks, the People First Agenda also slashes regulations. We reauthorized the Keystone Pipeline and eliminated regulations on the American energy industry to ensure that America and the world is always buying American-made energy, creating good-paying jobs for American workers all over the country. And just the other day, I signed an Executive Order to ensure that all federal regulations comply with statutory and constitutional limits. Each executive department and agency is conducting a review of its existing regulations to determine whether they impose undue economic burdens on individuals or businesses. Those regulations will be suspended so that they can be either amended or repealed. This pro-growth regulatory policy will boost our economy by getting rid of burdensome, unlawful, and unconstitutional regulations.

The economic impact of the People First Agenda is profound. The average household will save almost $4,000 a year from the People First Agenda – including $1,200 a year for service workers who no longer pay taxes on tips. Higher disposable incomes for low- and middle-income families will boost consumer spending by an estimated $1 trillion over 10 years – leading to the creation of a million new jobs for American workers. Millions of Americans will be lifted out of poverty because of these pro-growth policies – including 2 million children. And that doesn’t even factor in the benefits of lower healthcare costs from the pro-growth Hospital Competition Act that makes healthcare more affordable and accessible not with socialized medicine or government takeovers by but encouraging more competition and transparency in the healthcare market place.

The accomplishments I just touted were done in only a year’s time – and with the Democratic Party in control of the House of Representatives. Imagine what we could do in the next couple years with Republican control of both chambers. Imagine the continued progress we will make on tax and regulatory policy. With your help, we won’t have to just imagine it. We’ll be able to experience it. Thank you, God bless you, and God bless America!

Chairman of the Republican National Committee, Sen. Tom Worthen (R-SC).

Good evening, all! Wow, what a great turnout, it is so incredible and amazing to see you all here at Mar-A-Lago. Thank you so much for coming out tonight, I hope the steak is perfectly cooked and the wine is aged *just* right (Chuckles). I want to thank the incredible, wonderful Trump family for letting us be here. We all know how incredible a job President Trump did not only for our party, but our nation; his memory is an enternally bright light for progress, for excellence, for hope for all Americans. May he rest in peace (moment of silence).

For those of you who don't know me, I'm Tom Worthen, Chairman of the Republican National Committee. It has been such an incredible honor to hold this position ever since Leader Duplantis decided to lead our Senate Caucus. Last year, under Chairman Duplantis' leadership, we had incredible success across the board, even in an "off-year" election; in fact, where are our folks from New Jersey tonight? (Looks over crowd for hand raising) It was due to these amazing people that we got a state considered by many solidly blue with a common-sense Republican Governor in Jack Ciattarelli. Thank those folks, will ya? (Waits for cheers and claps).

Folks, we're in for a tough fight this year. The same way we were in a tough fight in 2024 and 2025. It was two years ago that we were told that, especially with the chaos of Biden withdrawing and President Trump passing away, that it would have been an incredibly tough election to win, that Senator Allred was a tired voice of the past and for chaos and that Senator Kahiona was a voice for progress and for the future. None of us bought into that, because we knew that was false. We knew that Americans were tired of endless war and conflict in places like Ukraine and Israel, that Americans were tired of their border being a mockery of a joke where illegals could just pile in, call themselves Americans and commit untold atrocities on our actual citizens; we knew Americans were tired of Biden-flation and Biden-nomics. So we took that, packaged it, really got to work of finding problems and proposing solutions, and we took back the Senate and White House, thanks to you all. You made that possible, the same way you will not only make it possible but fact that we will expand our Senate majority and take back the House.

Historically, midterms are brutal for the incumbent party in power. Voters, more often than not, vote on bad things that have happened to them, not positive achievements. You're more likely to vote because your taxes are higher and prices are more out of control rather than your neighborhood being safer and you can afford home prices. However, a strange thing is happening: this election, all across the country, we are tied or outright leading in places that it would have been unexpected years ago. Charlie Baker, an incredible leader, is giving us more than a fighting chance in Massachusetts and Chris Sununu is going to be the next Senator for New Hampshire. This is not just candidate quality friends, this is actual results by the Van Horn Administration and our Senate Majority. We have negotiated an end to the Ukraine war and a peace that sees Ukraine actually continue to exist. We've stood up for peace through strength throughout the world as regimes in North Korea and Venezuela have collapsed. We have secured the safety and prosperity of our people through cracking down on illegal immigration and getting E-Verify done through executive order, and natural disaster relief. We have fought vigorously for energy independence, the strengthening of our supply chains and economic success for all. This is incredible success, particularly when you realize we do not even have the House of Representatives. We have delivered incredibly for the American people.

Now, I know some of you may be apprehensive about helping the national party. After all, some of the positions taken as of late, such as Tariffs, can be rather chaotic to the protection and success of business. Never forget, though, that it was our party who got the Tax Cuts Act through in 2017, and our party that would have overseen incredible job and economic growth for the entirety of this decade had COVID not taken a massive wrecking ball to it all. With an increased Senate majority and taking back the House, we will continue to cut regulations, continue to cut taxes so that everyone, particularly our job creators, can keep more of what they make and put it back into the economy, and we will continue to let energy thrive and expand. Never forget that the Democratic party are pure economic radicals; this is a party that proudly proclaims to be democratic socialists. Do not think for one second that they want a stronger economy. They will increase taxes to a level unseen in American history; they will over-regulate our business to extinction and bankruptcy out of love of "equality". Their fraudulent policy ideas such as the Green New Deal and Inflation "Reduction" Act have destroyed or will destroy job growth and economic progress. They will destroy American energy independence. Our party, when we achieve resounding victory at the ballot box in 2026, will expand the measures we have taken to usher in an era of unprecedented economic growth.

You all have helped us incredibly. Imagine if the RNC doesn't achieve victories in Senate elections in 2024 in, say Montana and New Jersey? Or what about failing to win Iowa in 2020? These would have been victories by the radical Biden-Kahiona agenda to further cripple our nation, our innovation and economy. It was because of the financial help and work you all did that protected our Senate seats and helped achieve victories in places we had not done so in years, if ever. So, if you can, we ask you to step up to the plate, chip in, and help us truly as we achieve a 50 state strategy. We have so much to hold down, from Governorships in Iowa and Nevada to Senate seats in North Carolina, as we try to pick up Georgia, Michigan, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. The fact that those last three states are even competitive in a midterm year is a testament to how much Americans love the work we've done, love what the party is selling and love the candidates selling it to them. Mark my words: If we have the resources we need, we will have more than 55 Senate seats, more than 230 House seats and the White House. Whatever you want done, we can achieve, from a tougher border, economic regulations and taxes slashed, and peace through strength abroad, as the first two years of this Administration have shown. However, if we lose the war on political infrastructure, political spending and candidate recruitment, we will lose the midterms, and radicals like Storm, Kahiona and Coleman will continue their so-called "Democratic socialist", really more like Marxist, take over this country. When they declare war on business, the nuclear family and American way of life, use our universities to spread their marxist, far-left filth in the minds of college students, and use illegal alien thugs to destroy American jobs and the safety of our communities, we will have no one to blame but ourselves. Work with us, so that we can be vigilant and combative as we take the People First agenda to all 50 states and so we can win. Thank you all, God Bless you and God Bless America.

Good evening ladies and gentlemen, and let me say what an honor it is to be at one of the most distinguished events when it comes to conservatives values, which has been named so apply after the man who saved the union. But what is the current party doing with the funds we so dearly ask of you.

While we have seen the rise of the Mainstreet faction which has allowed us to flip the state of New Jersey and hopefully the state of Massachusetts while at the time seeing the further rise of the Freedom. We have come to a point that in the near future we might see the divide widen into a way that can be detrimental to the current success we have experienced. Which is where we in the study come in allowing for people who hold beliefs that are in the middle of the conservative movement that we have made. The study committee will introduce legislation that will start to ease regulations and make the presidents EO of having undue rules and regulations that only make it harder to run a business gone so that no further administration that comes after President Allerd.

But the party overall this year has passed multiple bills that could have not been passed without your generous funding. We have passed the Pandemic reform act that allows for CDC and other federal health authorities to prevent another COVID-19 issue but to also make sure enough oversight is done in order to prevent the near economic collapse that this nation nearly experienced. The party was also able to pass SB4 which has allowed for out fishers to receive the investment that has been neglected to them for so long allowing high paying jobs but also more food independence that the nation requires. The party has also passed one the main legacies of the Trump administration with the Abrham accords allowing for further medical research and knowledge to be spread around the middle east allowing for the Arab-Jewish conflicts to finally end and allow better growth for all nations in the process. But most importantly the party was able to make the tax cuts that President Trump signed into law a decade ago into permanency allowing for continued economic growth.

The conservative revolution has only just started and with continue support from you we in the party will be able to reach places that were once seen as impossible we are day by day getting closer with reforming the ACA with the community hospital act allowing for local investors, doctors to be able to run hospitals and allow for further competition that will foster more growth and advancement when it comes to healthcare.

With this we will be unstoppable when it comes to the midterms with this, we can retake the house and expand our majority in the senate, we have already achieved much with a divide house imagine what we can pass if both houses are under our control and the investment you give will pay dividends come January 2027.

Vice President Danielle J. Bu (R-PA)
Lincoln-Reagan Dinner '26

Philadelphia, PA

Thank you all! I'm happy to be here with all of you tonight at the Lincoln-Reagan Dinner right here in my home state of Pennsylvania; the Keystone State where industry, innovation, and grit have always been a part of who we are. From the steel mills of Pittsburgh, in which my father worked all his life, to the coal mines of Scranton, from the rolling farmlands to the bustling energy sector, Pennsylvania is America in miniature. We are the beating heart of the American economy and, I'd argue, the backbone of the American dream.

Now, before I get too deep, let me just say–if you're here tonight looking for a lighthearted speech, don't worry. I promise not to filibuster you. I know Reagan told us the nine scariest words in the English language are, "I'm from the government, and I'm here to help." Well, as your Vice President, I'm here to assure you: I'm from Pennsylvania, and I'm here to keep it short and sweet. I figure if I can't make you laugh, I can at least make sure you get home at a decent hour!

Jokes aside, we come together tonight to honor two great Republican leaders–Abraham Lincoln and Ronald Reagan. Lincoln held this nation together in its darkest hour, and Reagan reminded us to lift our eyes toward a brighter future–one where we could believe once again in American exceptionalism. Both leaders understood that the strength of America doesn't come from Washington, D.C.; it comes from hardworking people like you: the farmers, small business owners, manufacturers, and innovators who power this nation. And nowhere is that clearer than right here in Pennsylvania.

This state has always led America in manufacturing. For decades, the steel from Pittsburgh built our cities, our bridges, and our skyline. It's no accident that they call us the Steel City. But the story of Pennsylvania's industry is about more than the past. Today, it's about the future–about energy, supply chains, and a renewed commitment to Made in America.

As Pennsylvanians, we sit atop one of the greatest resources our country has ever known–the Marcellus Shale. We have the capacity to power this nation, to fuel our homes, our factories, and our vehicles, while also creating tens of thousands of good-paying jobs. You know, I always say that God blessed this country with Pennsylvania's energy, and it's our job to make sure we use it wisely.

And yet, there are those who would rather see us dependent on foreign nations for oil and gas—countries that don’t share our values and don’t respect our workers. Well, I have news for them: Pennsylvania’s workers can outproduce, out-innovate, and out-compete anyone in the world—if we let them. That is why I was proud that Senate Republicans under the leadership and guidance of President Van Horn and former leader Levi Koenig, for passing the People First Economic agenda where we have invested billions in small businesses, in research and development, and permanently cut taxes for all Americans!

Energy independence isn’t just about economics. It’s about national security. Every barrel of oil we produce here at home is one less barrel we buy from adversaries overseas. Every pipeline we build strengthens America. And every job we create here in Pennsylvania keeps our communities strong and our families together. That’s not just good policy—that’s common sense.

Now, I know some folks in Washington like to talk about the future as if it’s something we should fear; as if innovation and progress must mean shutting down industries that have sustained families for generations. But as Republicans, we believe in all-of-the-above energy solutions. We believe in American ingenuity. We believe that natural gas, oil, and even nuclear energy can power a cleaner, brighter future together without putting anyone out of work.

Because let’s be honest: The world doesn’t stop needing energy just because some politicians decide to abandon it. What happens when we shut down production here in Pennsylvania? The jobs don’t disappear, they just move to other countries with lower standards and higher emissions. That’s not leadership, that’s lunacy.

And speaking of lunacy…let’s talk about supply chains.

We learned a hard lesson during COVID. For too long, America outsourced our manufacturing to other countries. We chased cheap labor and ignored the consequences. And when the pandemic hit, the shelves in our stores went empty, the parts for our machines went missing, and the American people paid the price.

But you know what? Here in Pennsylvania, we know how to build things. We know how to roll up our sleeves, get to work, and make things right here. When we bring supply chains home, we don’t just create jobs—we create security. We create stability. We ensure that America is never again at the mercy of other nations.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is our moment. This is the time for Republicans to lead, to champion energy independence, rebuild American manufacturing, and strengthen our supply chains. To remind this country that the future doesn’t belong to bureaucrats—it belongs to the hardworking men and women of this great nation. And the Van Horn Administration has kept its promises and will continue to check off each promise until they are all fulfilled.

It’s like I tell folks all the time—if you want something done, give it to a Pennsylvanian. If you want something made, give it to a Pennsylvanian. And if you want America to lead the world again, just look to Pennsylvania—because we know how to get the job done.

So tonight, as we honor Lincoln and Reagan—leaders who believed in this country and its people—let us commit ourselves to that same belief. Let’s fight for the workers who build, the families who dream, and the communities that make this country great.

Because the American dream isn’t dead—it’s alive and well, and you can see it every single day right here in Pennsylvania.

Thank you, God bless you, and God bless the United States of America!

Told them what you did, told them what you want to do, and told them how you want to do it.

It's a singular issue, but the people who like the issue like it a lot, and Mainstreeters are about as pro business as you can get. They like hearing what your plan is, but they want to know how you'll get there, are we working with like minded Democrats? Or we seizing the majority? Is this a state issue or a federal issue. Couple of outstanding questions on your healthcare revolution, but it is a solid plan for them.

An extremely strong speech, though the donors note your foreign policy area is a direct push back against the percieved Foreign Policy of the White House. While not a bad thing to the moderates of Mainstreet, it raised quite a few eyebrows with the rest of the donors.

Overall you hit all the points needed.

The donors love that you've highlighted what's been accomplished, but they want to know what's next. They know all about the People First Agenda, but what will 2027 and beyond look like. What will you do with a true Congressional majority. THey've got what you've done, they know what you're doing, they just need to know what's coming next.

You are the ultimate messenger of the party. The donors are pleased with what's been accomplished. But why do you need the majority? What will you accomplish with it? What is the People's Agenda 2027. They want more, and as the President, they expect you are the ultimate messenger for your party.

(After remarks, Worthen work the room, greeting donors and passing out his phone number if they want to get in contact with him.)

This speech is the gold standard for what the Chair of the RNC needs to deliever. You've told us everything the party has accomplished and more important where the party needs to improve and what it will do with it's increased majority. Keep it up, they like you and like you a lot.

You've tackled the elephant in the room (no pun intended) about the increasing internal polarization of the party and reminded everyone the Study Committee is that bridge. You've told everyone what's been done so far, and while thin on details, you've given some indications of what can be done in the future. The donors are responding positively, and see all three factions on the ground is enough to keep everyone happy.

Extremely well done speech. Both focused, but with easy pivots into other topics that make it seem as if you are doing everything you can. The donors notice your focus on Pennsylvania and want to make sure that Pennsylvania gets some love. Well done overall

    • A Sudden Burst of Sanity Strikes Congress By Rondal Goldfarb In another whiplash moment that defied expectations, Congress courageously stood up in unity to push back against some of the most egregious policy proposals of the 119th sessions to expand the welfare state.  In a shocking plot twist, the uniparty united against itself in a flurry of final votes in the final death throes of the 119th Congress. After a long session of rocketing through so many socialist bills through Congress at a speed that almost risked warping space time to deliver us into an alternative universe where their dystopian hellscape thrives, Speaker Jeffries and Minority Leader Hern (R-OK) curb stomped the brakes so hard that they actually flipped time back into a world where common sense survives and the free market still reigns, if only for a blissful but serene moment. After months of Democrats campaigning hard on their Soviet housing scheme, the HOUSE Act, and pitching the idea to every exhausted midwest farmer who took a blood oath to vote for them if they would just stop harassing them, Congresscritters united in lockstep to flush their own bill down the toilet and say JK by a vote of 433-0! Back to the drawing board. And thank goodness. The HOUSE Act, sponsored by Senators Storm, Guenther, and our old friend, Commie Kahiona, has a litany of problems with it but now that it has been relegated to the dustbin of history by the sponsors’ own Party, we’ll just cover the topline insanity: The HOUSE Act invests $175 Billion in taxpayer dollars into new public housing projects. Par for the course from The Three Apparatchiks. Public housing is a fundamentally flawed policy that exemplifies the inefficiencies of government intervention in the housing market. By centralizing control over housing production and management, public housing programs often suffer from poor quality construction, inadequate maintenance, and misallocation of resources. These projects frequently fail to meet the actual needs of low-income communities, fostering dependency rather than empowerment. Furthermore, public housing disrupts the natural dynamics of supply and demand, discouraging private investment and innovation in affordable housing solutions and raising costs for everyone else. A better approach would be to reduce regulatory barriers, such as construction mandates and Davis Bacon requirements, to encourage a competitive housing market that organically addresses the diverse needs of individuals while promoting economic mobility and self-reliance. While it is perfectly reasonable to question the Republican leadership’s judgment as well, given their sworn allegiance to the People’s First Agenda, the move somewhat tracks with the sudden reversal from trend in their decision to kill the veto overturn over the Blutarsky Bill. Interestingly though, the Republicans are the only ones that have justified their actions in the House on this issue. Democrats, meanwhile, have been as unified in their silence on the motion as they were in their opposition. Outgoing Senate Majority Leader Duplantis (R-Red Lobster) tried to get Senator Storm to answer for it on the Corporate News Media’s bungled election coverage but was met with the same deafening silence as when Vanessa Taylor herself also asked them questions they did not want to answer. Personally, we do not really need a reason; we just hope this turning over a new leaf for Congress carries over into the next session. But wait. There’s more! After politically posturing from adding modest benefit changes to Medicare all the way through Medicare for All and beyond, House Democrats and Republicans both finally mustered enough courage to unanimously renounce a bill by the DNC Chair herself, Senator O’Hare (D-HI), to provide coverage for dental, vision, and hearing services under Medicare. Nevermind that the program has less than 10 years left to live even before considering the additional costs of the proposed expanded benefits. For reasons that remain unknown to all, (even staffers could be seen literally aghast from camera #4 on C-SPAN 2,) House Democrats under Speaker Jeffries finally heard the call of their fallen comrade, President Biden, and beat Medicare. Or saved it, from our perspective. At least for now. We really are not in Kansas anymore. This phenomenon is basically unprecedented in House history. Why did the leadership of a party that campaigned so heavily on housing and health issues suddenly bring up their own bills in the final weeks of Congress only to self-immolate them on the floor like a teething toddler in a tantrum? The world may never know.  But for the rest of us watching at home, your entitlements will endure a little longer, and we are not all being rounded into taxpayer-sponsored Soviet style tenements against our will just yet. At least until January. Until then, you can check out any time you like, but only if you continue to: #ChooseFreedom
    • Treasury Secretary Levi Koenig Approves New Opportunity Zones in New Jersey, Calls for Nationwide Participation by Jean Luke Perry Secretary of the Treasury Levi Koenig has announced the approval of a request to designate New Jersey’s Urban Enterprise Zones as federal Opportunity Zones at the request of Senator Vini Vinachelli (R-NJ), marking a significant expansion of the program aimed at driving economic revitalization in distressed communities. The move comes as part of the Innovation Growth Amendment under the Permanent Tax Cuts Act, championed by Senators Levi Koenig (R-FL), Osiris Storm (D-NY), Charlotte O’Hare (D-HI), and led by the Van Horn administration. The initiative will bring a new round of 5,000 Opportunity Zones to economically struggling areas, including those within New Jersey’s UEZs. Secretary Koenig hailed the decision as a “strategic alignment of federal and state resources to unlock unprecedented investment and growth.” “New Jersey’s Urban Enterprise Zones have been a proven success in fostering economic development, and expanding the Opportunity Zone program to these areas will enhance their impact,” Koenig said in a press conference. “I encourage states across the country to submit their proposals for the next round of designations so we can continue driving transformative change in underserved communities.” New Jersey’s UEZs, which have historically faced high unemployment and limited access to capital, will now benefit from the tax incentives and investment opportunities provided by the OZ framework. This dual-front strategy leverages federal and state initiatives to attract private-sector investment, support infrastructure projects, and stimulate business development. The Treasury Department also confirmed that existing Opportunity Zones expiring in December 2026 would be eligible for re-designation under the new legislation, granting an additional five years of benefits to previously designated areas. This renewal option aims to ensure sustained growth in areas where OZs have shown measurable success. Governor Jack Ciattarelli of New Jersey added, “This designation positions our state as a leader in economic revitalization. We’re committed to ensuring these new Opportunity Zones create equitable and sustainable opportunities for residents and businesses.” The Treasury Department has invited all states to submit proposals for the expanded Opportunity Zone program, emphasizing the importance of targeting areas with significant economic challenges. Secretary Koenig assured that the application process would prioritize transparency and collaboration with local governments and community stakeholders. As the next round of Opportunity Zone designations begins, the federal government is optimistic that the expanded program will continue driving private investment into areas most in need, fulfilling its mission to foster economic opportunity and build stronger, more resilient communities.
