Senator Vini Vinachelli (R-NJ):

They said it couldn’t be done. They said that a state that had not elected a Republican to the U.S. Senate in half a century had grown so corrupt by an entrenched establishment elite that there was no hope for redemption for the hard working people of New Jersey from decades of political corruption and oppressive taxes. The mainstream media wrote off any chance of fair and upright election outcomes in the state for years. Nevertheless, in 2024, thanks to the hard work, energy, and support of people like you, we proved them wrong and I became the first Republican Senator of New Jersey in half a century.

And New Jerseyans got to see right away what change looks like. I went right to work slashing taxes for middle class families and businesses, including giving hard working homeowners who were overburdened by crushing property taxes like those in my state the relief they deserve. Together, with Presidents Allred and Van Horn, and the leadership of Majority Leader Koenig, we made the Trump tax cuts for working families permanent and every American is better off today because of it.

But we didn’t stop there. We continued to invest in expanding our state campaign infrastructure and when Democrats nominated an extreme far left progressive for Governor, we were able to help Republican Jack Ciattarelli flip the Governor’s mansion for the first time in a decade on a campaign of lower taxes and fighting corruption. For the first time in my lifetime, we are a true battleground state. We are continuing to make our grassroots movement competitive in places it has never been before.

But that work will continue to depend on the enthusiasm and support of people like you. While we are fighting for working men and women and American families around the country, the radical far left has seized their party in New Jersey and we have another Senate seat coming up for election this year. Now is no time to ease up on the momentum. We have to work harder together to continue the fight until all Americans are free from crime infested cities, corrupt bureaucracy, and crippling taxes.

Today, I stand before you not merely as a United States Senator, a member of the Mainstreet Partnership, or even a Republican. I stand here as a father, a rancher, a Navy SEAL, and most importantly, as an American deeply committed to the principles that make our nation exceptional. Growing up on Granger Peak Ranch in Montana, I learned the value of hard work, family, and faith. These values shaped me as I served our country for 20 years in the Navy, defending the freedoms we hold dear. Now, as a senator, I bring those same principles to Washington to fight for the future of our great nation.

As someone who has lived many Americans realities, from managing a ranch to serving in combat, I know the challenges of putting food on the table, filling up the gas tank, and securing a better future for your family. Progressives in Washington, however, seem more concerned with advancing radical social experiments than addressing the needs of hardworking families. They push policies that indoctrinate children with divisive ideologies like Critical Race Theory rather than ensuring they have the tools to succeed in science and mathematics. They obsess over banning gas stoves and demonizing traditional energy industries while ignoring how much it costs you to heat your home. They champion open borders under the guise of compassion while fentanyl and human trafficking devastate communities like the ones I have sworn to protect.

On the battlefield, I saw firsthand the power of preparation, discipline, and teamwork, qualities that are built in the classroom. Education is the foundation of opportunity and the key to our nation's future. Growing up in rural Montana, I was taught to respect my teachers and aim high. That is the kind of education we want for every American child. Yet, instead of focusing on critical areas like reading, math, and science, progressives are pushing divisive ideologies into classrooms. We must equip our children with the tools to succeed in a global economy, fostering critical thinking and inspiring them to dream big. Our classrooms should be places of learning and growth, not political battlegrounds. That is the conservative vision for education, and it is one I will always fight for.

Justice is what keeps our communities safe and protects the innocent. As a Navy SEAL, I lived by a code that held us accountable to the highest standards because anything less could cost lives. Yet, the far-left's radical policies, like cashless bail and defunding the police, are turning our cities into lawless wastelands. True justice means holding wrongdoers accountable while giving nonviolent offenders pathways to rebuild their lives. It also means ensuring law enforcement has the necessary tools and training to protect our neighborhoods. Just as my brothers and I trusted each other on the battlefield, our communities need to trust those who stand guard over them. That is what true justice looks like, and it is what every American deserves.

Growing up on a ranch, I saw how hard work, perseverance, and ingenuity could turn challenges into opportunities. The same is true for America's economy. Conservatives know that small businesses are the backbone of our communities, and we are committed to cutting red tape, lowering taxes, and fostering innovation. Progressives, on the other hand, push an agenda that punishes success and stifles growth. As someone who has seen the devastating impact of supply chain disruptions and foreign dependency, I know we must bring manufacturing back to American soil and protect jobs here at home. A strong economy is not just about numbers; it is about ensuring every family has the opportunity to thrive.

When I was in the Navy, we lived by the motto, "The only easy day was yesterday." That principle does not just apply to the battlefield; it applies to our nation. Together, we can build a country where every family has the resources to gather around their kitchen table and the hope to welcome others to it. Let us stand united against the corrosive influence of far-left policies and for an America defined by justice, prosperity, and opportunity. As a rancher, a veteran, and your senator, I promise to always fight for the principles that make this nation exceptional. Thank you, CPAC.

  • “Republicans in Congress are championing common-sense policy like parental rights, fighting for our forgotten American veterans, protecting law enforcement, defending our right to keep and bear arms, providing quality of life care, addressing the need to take cryptocurrency and block chain technology seriously, enforcing our border policy, and much more as we work to build a Washington D.C. that works for you!

  • “Republicans are on the march in the Senate and across the country in 2026 as we seek to improve the lives of the American People with tangible policy wins from the state house to the White House! We are committed to expanding our conservative majority in the Senate while taking back the majority in the House and making Kevin Hern the next Speaker of the House!”

  • “The continued support of like-minded patriots who want to see this party win and win big is instrumental to our success. We called upon you in 2024 and you answered the call with a resounding victory that led to historic flips in key states like New Hampshire and Nevada that haven’t gone red since the Bush Administration! We called upon you in 2025 and we held seats in the House and made clear New Jersey is now a swing state! 2026 is our next great test for our conservative movement and we need all hands on deck to keep our momentum alive.”

  • “In Louisiana, we love our God, our flag, and our country. We strive every day to work hard and be home for dinner on time. The Republican Party wants Americans to get a leg up in this economy, not a handout! The Republican Party wants to be engaged on the world stage, on our own terms! The Republican Party wants to tackle the issues facing the nation head-on, not run away with our tails between our legs! The time is now and the moment is now to deliver Republican majorities up and down the ballot in 2026 and make the People First Agenda a tangible reality for all!”

How is everyone doing today at the best fucking convention to exist in this nation with that being CPAC. But I want to do as all politicians do a make a speech I know it’s the same shit most of the time but i promise this should be different.

This nation for a long time has been having issues and that is dealing with the cartels that exist right below our southern border, the late president trump had a great idea and it’s something the current president and congress should do, and that is to finally declare the Mexican drug cartels for what they are and they are terrorist groups.

They have for years flooding our streets and neighborhoods with drugs that is killing our citizens and poisoning our children. This is not the simple drug dealers that exist this is war and have killed more American citizens than what any terror group in the Middle East has ever done. Which is why we must push Congress and the president to declare cartels groups as terror groups and allow the appropriate resources to be taken against them. Not one more child should die from the hands of the cartels and that brings me to my second point.

With that being the border to our north for years we have focused on the Mexican border but we have let the Canadian border be forgotten which has become a mistake we need to secure our border and fund it properly. It is time to have a serious discussion with Canada and making them pay their fair share when it comes to security because for far to long they have been robbing us and it is time for this to stop .

SO GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILIES AND THESE UNITED STATES.

RNC CHAIRMAN TOM WORTHEN

Hello, Baton Rouge! How are we all doing? Good to see you all, what a tremendous turnout here in the Bayou State.

I'm Tom Worthen, the Chairman of the Republican Party. I'm also one of the United States Senators for South Carolina. Y'know, there is a joke about the Senate I always like to tell: "What do you call a bad lawyer? A Senator." Luckily I never went to law school.

In all seriousness, it has been a great and incredible honor to serve the people of the State of South Carolina and our nation as a whole. It is always so amazing to be with such a large crowd of enthusiastic, patriotic and hard-working American conservatives from all walks of life. You all out there are the real builders, movers and shakers of this country. Some of my friends in D.C. like to embrace the role and act of career politicians and forget the people who put 'em there, but you all are the reason we have the White House and the Senate. You all are reasons that great, beautiful conservative movements from Trump to Reagan to Nixon grabbed hold of our nation and accomplished unwavering, unprecedented change for real American values.

It was Russell Kirk who said, "Men cannot improve a society by setting fire to it: they must seek out its old virtues, and bring them back into the light.” It was roughly six years ago in which fire was, quite literally, set to our world and country. The Coronavirus broke out, allowed to spread by a nation in China that wanted nothing to destroy and corrupt this nation. Vicious rioters and looters destroyed our cities in a Marxist cultural revolution to force "diversity" and "equality" down American throats as they destroyed statues of American patriots and heroes like George Washington and Andrew Jackson. The 2020 "selection" of Joe Biden occurred, and when questions were asked of that election, it was called everything from election denialism to even treason. When some Americans gathered at the Capitol on January 6th, some who had no part in violence were jailed for years, hauled in and harassed by a regime under Joe Biden that had no issue letting animals in from the Southern Border to engage in acts of terror against American citizens while pillorying our economy. The world continued to burn too, whether it be in Ukraine or Israel.

Many Americans would had sat down and cowered down at such events. They would have said this was a world too scary, too dark and dangerous to do a darned thing about it. But all of you in this room refused. You rightly asked yourselves, "Is America tearing down the statues of our proud ancestors who brought light to a content of darkness? Is it the welcoming of terrorists and criminals illegally from abroad? Is it shoveling billions and billions to Ukraine while our veterans died in the cold in the streets? Is America teenage boys pretending to be women and playing sports under the guise of "equality" with our daughters? Is America shrinkflation and Bidenomics while jobs go elsewhere?" You went to city council meetings, to the school baord meetings, you registered to vote, got your family involved too, and on November 5th, 2024, you said No at the Ballot box. You elected Kyle Allred and Kyle Van Horn to end this era of terror, to send the masters of this American carnage back to the coastal elite caves they called home.

A year later, with the tragic passing of President Allred, we are led by President Van Horn. President Van Horn has hit the ground running. He has brokered peace in what was to be another unwinnable forever war betweenn Ukraine and Russia, a deal that saw Ukraine a free, indpendent nation, which is completely desfinvg for a freedom loving people. He's worked tirelessly for economic progress via cuts and taxes and regulations and worked to jumpstart energy production. He has freed the political hostages of January 6th who were used by the weapnized Biden Justice Department to make our movement seem like domestic terrorists. President Van Horn has protected our economy and our people from the scourge of illegal aliens with actions such as E-verify. He has fought tirelessly and valiantly to keep our nation, our people and ultimately our world safe, secure and ready in terms of pandemic preparation. He has proven himself one of the nation's dominant leaders of our time.

The fight isn't over, far from it. In 2026, we are going to expand our Senate Majority, take back the House of Representatives, gain back Governor's mansions and in 2028, we are going to give President Van Horn and Vice President Bu and incredible, resounding re-election mandate. But we need your help to do it. Like in 2024 and 2016, we need people like you all to register, register your friends, families coworkers and everyone you know. Knock on doors, chip in what you can and help us fundraise, help make phone calls and help put up signs, anything. 2026 is the year wheere we determine if Trumpism, an incredible ideology that Made America Great Again, can live on through the People First Agenda, or will the Democratic party end our gains and our work to subvert American freedoms and values.

So, let's get out there, fight for this country we love, and make Presidents Trump and Allred proud as we put the People First!

President Kyle Van Horn

It’s an honor to be here today at CPAC among so many great American patriots. Thank you so much for that welcome. Just a year ago, I was inaugurated as Vice President alongside the late President Kyle Allred. After the death of another great President, Donald Trump, Allred's passing was a huge blow. They were good men, dedicated fathers, and true patriots. Both men leave behind a grateful nation, and they will be missed.

Kyle and I ran – and won – a few core principles. First, we must build an economy that puts People First, focused on tax cuts for working Americans and checks on corporate power. Second, we must fix the crisis on our southern border. Third, we must Buy American and Hire American. And finally, America must lead the world not as an agent of chaos but as an agent of peace, democracy, and prosperity.

These core principles form the foundation of the People First Agenda. Much of this agenda has already been enacted into law. Last year, we cut taxes for American workers across the board by making the Trump tax cuts permanent and by eliminating taxes on tips – saving the average tipped worker $1,200 a year. In total, the People First Agenda will save the average American household nearly $4,000 a year. Those are massive savings. And that doesn’t even include the savings on healthcare that will be seen after we break up hospital monopolies with the Hospital Competition Act, Teddy Roosevelt-style.

In addition to cutting taxes and saving money for American workers, we’re Buying American and Hiring American. One of the first things I did as President was sign an Executive Order prohibiting companies that outsource jobs from getting government contracts. Taxpayer money should never go to companies that outsource our jobs overseas. We reauthorized the Keystone Pipeline and eliminated regulations on the American energy industry to ensure that America and the world is always buying American-made energy, creating good-paying jobs for American workers all over the country.

We’re also making America and the world more secure, starting with our own borders here at home. We reinstated the Remain in Mexico policy, terminated the CBP One App, and required all employers in the U.S. to use the e-verify system. Instead of spending hundreds of billions of dollars defending the borders of other countries, we’re securing our own borders here at home and ending costly wars overseas. We did things nobody thought was possible by peacefully exiling Nicolas Maduro from Venezuela and ending the war in Ukraine. We’re lifting sanctions on Venezuela and Russia, and opening up new markets for American businesses and consumers. America is back.

The People First Agenda reflects not just where the country is today, but also where the Republican Party is today. This isn’t a country club party anymore. The Republican voters of today are more concerned about the price of gas than the price of Raytheon stock. They’re tired of being sold out by the politicians in Washington who outsourced their jobs and opened their borders. They’re tired of sending young men and women from places like Louisa, Kentucky to places like Sadr City and Fallujah. It’s why I got into politics, and it’s why I ran for President and joined Kyle Allred in a mission to take back our government.

There’s so much work left to be done. We’re only one year in and just getting started. Danielle Bu and I need your help. We need you to donate money so that we can get a Republican majority in the House and complete the enactment of the People First Agenda. I know I can count on all of you to come through for us – for America. Thank you so much, God bless you, and God bless America!

CPAC '26
Vice President Danielle Bu

It's great to be here at CPAC '26! An honor it is to be here, surrounded by so many passionate American patriots. Thank you you for that warm welcome.

Just last year, I stood in the House chamber to be sworn in as Vice President after President Van Horn appointed to be his partner in leading the government and the nation, after the death of the late President Allred. President Allred was a remarkable leader, a loving father, and a devoted patriot. His legacy is one of service and conviction, and his loss is felt deeply across this nation.

President Van Horn ran on a clear vision for America: a vision built on the principles of putting America first. This is what drives the People First Agenda: an economy that prioritizes working families through tax cuts and accountability for corporate interests, a secure southern border, a commitment to Buy American and Hire American, and a leadership role for the United States that fosters peace and prosperity rather than chaos.

This agenda isn't just words–it's action. Last year, we made the Trump tax cuts permanent and eliminated taxes on tips, giving much-needed relief to hardworking Americans. The average household will save nearly $4,000 a year, with even more savings to come as we tackle healthcare monopolies through bold reforms like the Hospital Competition Act.

We’re also keeping our promise to prioritize American jobs and resources. With an executive order cutting off federal contracts for companies that outsource, reauthorizing the Keystone Pipeline, and eliminating burdensome regulations on energy, we’re putting American workers first. From factory floors to energy rigs, the message is clear: taxpayer dollars and American investments belong here, creating good-paying jobs for our people.

Security at home and abroad remains a cornerstone of our work. We reinstated critical border policies like Remain in Mexico, ended the misuse of technology to circumvent immigration law, and made e-verify a national standard. Internationally, we’ve brought an end to costly wars, worked to stabilize Venezuela, and opened new markets for American businesses. America is back—stronger, smarter, and more focused on its own future.

The People First Agenda reflects a Republican Party that understands the real struggles of Americans today. We are not the party of corporate boardrooms; we are the party of hardworking families. We’ve stood up to the Washington elites who sold out our jobs and opened our borders, and we’ve said no more.

We’re only a year in, and there’s so much more to do. But to finish this fight, we need your help. We need a Republican majority in the House to continue pushing forward. Your support—your votes, your voices, your commitment—will make all the difference.

Let’s keep building a country that works for its people, restores its values, and leads the world by example. Thank you, CPAC. God bless you, and may God bless America!

That is the bread and butter, you, the party and them and they loved every second of it. They may have wanted to know a little more about you, as you are the first Republican to topple an entrenched Democrat and are directly responsible for the toppling of another

Good overall speech, especially on your personal history, you'll always knock it out of the park when speaking conservative values and the fight to come. What the crowd didn't hear what you've done yet. They appreciate what you're fighting for, and they agree with you, but what does that fight look like, what are you going to do, what has the party done, and what can they do?

  • “While Democrats throw the kitchen sink in the House to see if anything sticks without even the slightest of consultation from their Republican colleagues, Republicans in the Senate are putting forward a dynamic agenda! We’ve been able to tackle the economy, higher wages, renewing the big and beautiful Trump Tax Cuts, and healthcare costs but there is still much more to be done.”

If you're going to do bullet points rather then the traditional speech, this is the gold standard right here. It covers absolutely everything a crowd like this wants to hear; what you've done, what the party has done, and what they've done, and more importantly how it's helped them directly. You've also made the direct ask to keep the momentum going. Well done all around.

It also goes without saying, always a bonus when a politician makes a shout out about where the speech is, and reminds the crowd you know you're somewhere significant.. though they would have been pissed as you are the home time hero ;)

Alright you got some cheers for designating the Cartel as terrorists... but why are we talking about Canada? Has Canada done something recently we should be worried about? Didn't they elect that nice Conservative dude? Do we need to start worrying about Canada?

Well done all around. You told the people what was wrong, and you told the people how the party is fighting back, you reminded the people that they are more important then ever. Only thing missing for them was what have you personally done, you're the Chair of the Party? Alright so lead us, and tell us why we should follow you into the fire. You've told them how President Van Horn fought for them, what about the rest of the Republicans in Congress? Beyond that, a fantastic speech.

Strong and powerful speech that spoke on all the right notes. You knew the crowd and gave them exactly what they wanted. Bravo

Echo the comments on President Van Horn. You knew your crowd, you knew what they wanted and you gave it to them. They understand you're the number 2, so they might have wanted to know a little more about you personally, but outside of that, well done.

Final Summary:  Overall a very well put together CPAC with only a few hiccups. All three factions of the Republicans were represented and spoke, which the crowd likes so they know the party is unified.

    • A Sudden Burst of Sanity Strikes Congress By Rondal Goldfarb In another whiplash moment that defied expectations, Congress courageously stood up in unity to push back against some of the most egregious policy proposals of the 119th sessions to expand the welfare state.  In a shocking plot twist, the uniparty united against itself in a flurry of final votes in the final death throes of the 119th Congress. After a long session of rocketing through so many socialist bills through Congress at a speed that almost risked warping space time to deliver us into an alternative universe where their dystopian hellscape thrives, Speaker Jeffries and Minority Leader Hern (R-OK) curb stomped the brakes so hard that they actually flipped time back into a world where common sense survives and the free market still reigns, if only for a blissful but serene moment. After months of Democrats campaigning hard on their Soviet housing scheme, the HOUSE Act, and pitching the idea to every exhausted midwest farmer who took a blood oath to vote for them if they would just stop harassing them, Congresscritters united in lockstep to flush their own bill down the toilet and say JK by a vote of 433-0! Back to the drawing board. And thank goodness. The HOUSE Act, sponsored by Senators Storm, Guenther, and our old friend, Commie Kahiona, has a litany of problems with it but now that it has been relegated to the dustbin of history by the sponsors’ own Party, we’ll just cover the topline insanity: The HOUSE Act invests $175 Billion in taxpayer dollars into new public housing projects. Par for the course from The Three Apparatchiks. Public housing is a fundamentally flawed policy that exemplifies the inefficiencies of government intervention in the housing market. By centralizing control over housing production and management, public housing programs often suffer from poor quality construction, inadequate maintenance, and misallocation of resources. These projects frequently fail to meet the actual needs of low-income communities, fostering dependency rather than empowerment. Furthermore, public housing disrupts the natural dynamics of supply and demand, discouraging private investment and innovation in affordable housing solutions and raising costs for everyone else. A better approach would be to reduce regulatory barriers, such as construction mandates and Davis Bacon requirements, to encourage a competitive housing market that organically addresses the diverse needs of individuals while promoting economic mobility and self-reliance. While it is perfectly reasonable to question the Republican leadership’s judgment as well, given their sworn allegiance to the People’s First Agenda, the move somewhat tracks with the sudden reversal from trend in their decision to kill the veto overturn over the Blutarsky Bill. Interestingly though, the Republicans are the only ones that have justified their actions in the House on this issue. Democrats, meanwhile, have been as unified in their silence on the motion as they were in their opposition. Outgoing Senate Majority Leader Duplantis (R-Red Lobster) tried to get Senator Storm to answer for it on the Corporate News Media’s bungled election coverage but was met with the same deafening silence as when Vanessa Taylor herself also asked them questions they did not want to answer. Personally, we do not really need a reason; we just hope this turning over a new leaf for Congress carries over into the next session. But wait. There’s more! After politically posturing from adding modest benefit changes to Medicare all the way through Medicare for All and beyond, House Democrats and Republicans both finally mustered enough courage to unanimously renounce a bill by the DNC Chair herself, Senator O’Hare (D-HI), to provide coverage for dental, vision, and hearing services under Medicare. Nevermind that the program has less than 10 years left to live even before considering the additional costs of the proposed expanded benefits. For reasons that remain unknown to all, (even staffers could be seen literally aghast from camera #4 on C-SPAN 2,) House Democrats under Speaker Jeffries finally heard the call of their fallen comrade, President Biden, and beat Medicare. Or saved it, from our perspective. At least for now. We really are not in Kansas anymore. This phenomenon is basically unprecedented in House history. Why did the leadership of a party that campaigned so heavily on housing and health issues suddenly bring up their own bills in the final weeks of Congress only to self-immolate them on the floor like a teething toddler in a tantrum? The world may never know.  But for the rest of us watching at home, your entitlements will endure a little longer, and we are not all being rounded into taxpayer-sponsored Soviet style tenements against our will just yet. At least until January. Until then, you can check out any time you like, but only if you continue to: #ChooseFreedom
    • Treasury Secretary Levi Koenig Approves New Opportunity Zones in New Jersey, Calls for Nationwide Participation by Jean Luke Perry Secretary of the Treasury Levi Koenig has announced the approval of a request to designate New Jersey’s Urban Enterprise Zones as federal Opportunity Zones at the request of Senator Vini Vinachelli (R-NJ), marking a significant expansion of the program aimed at driving economic revitalization in distressed communities. The move comes as part of the Innovation Growth Amendment under the Permanent Tax Cuts Act, championed by Senators Levi Koenig (R-FL), Osiris Storm (D-NY), Charlotte O’Hare (D-HI), and led by the Van Horn administration. The initiative will bring a new round of 5,000 Opportunity Zones to economically struggling areas, including those within New Jersey’s UEZs. Secretary Koenig hailed the decision as a “strategic alignment of federal and state resources to unlock unprecedented investment and growth.” “New Jersey’s Urban Enterprise Zones have been a proven success in fostering economic development, and expanding the Opportunity Zone program to these areas will enhance their impact,” Koenig said in a press conference. “I encourage states across the country to submit their proposals for the next round of designations so we can continue driving transformative change in underserved communities.” New Jersey’s UEZs, which have historically faced high unemployment and limited access to capital, will now benefit from the tax incentives and investment opportunities provided by the OZ framework. This dual-front strategy leverages federal and state initiatives to attract private-sector investment, support infrastructure projects, and stimulate business development. The Treasury Department also confirmed that existing Opportunity Zones expiring in December 2026 would be eligible for re-designation under the new legislation, granting an additional five years of benefits to previously designated areas. This renewal option aims to ensure sustained growth in areas where OZs have shown measurable success. Governor Jack Ciattarelli of New Jersey added, “This designation positions our state as a leader in economic revitalization. We’re committed to ensuring these new Opportunity Zones create equitable and sustainable opportunities for residents and businesses.” The Treasury Department has invited all states to submit proposals for the expanded Opportunity Zone program, emphasizing the importance of targeting areas with significant economic challenges. Secretary Koenig assured that the application process would prioritize transparency and collaboration with local governments and community stakeholders. As the next round of Opportunity Zone designations begins, the federal government is optimistic that the expanded program will continue driving private investment into areas most in need, fulfilling its mission to foster economic opportunity and build stronger, more resilient communities.
