Aiden Grey was born in Seattle in 2000, growing up amidst the city's legendary grunge music scene. From a young age, he was surrounded by the influence of bands like Nirvana, Soundgarden, and Alice in Chains. His father, a local musician, often took Aiden to small gigs and encouraged his early interest in music. At the age of 12, Aiden picked up the guitar and began writing his own songs, finding solace in music as a way to cope with personal struggles and the chaos of adolescence.

In high school, Aiden formed his first band, playing local venues and bars in Seattle’s underground rock scene.
